Texting, more texting, wine tasting and a silent auction!
Yesterday, Trump declared defeat to Iran. The document he signed gave Iran everything they wanted: the ability to charge fees for crossing the Strait of Hormuz, $25 billion of unfrozen assets, a $300 billion recovery fund, the lifting of all our sanctions, the right to keep its ballistic missile program, and zero commitment to end its nuclear program. All of America hates this deal. Republican Senator Bill Cassidy from Louisiana, hardly a liberal darling, called it the “worst foreign policy disaster in decades.”
A new Emerson poll shows Democrats a full 10 points ahead on a generic ballot, mirroring what we saw in the lead-up to the Blue Wave Midterms of 2018. It is our job as activists to harness this momentum to win bigger than we’ve dared to imagine. That is why Field Team 6 is focusing so hard on gathering funds and rallying volunteers… so we can continue to expand our map to all the new places we can win!
Imagine the feeling of the Knicks victory... add the feeling of every World Cup victory, and multiply that across the entire nation. This is the goooooooooooooal! Registering new Democrats is how we get there. Volunteer! Donate! Win!
NOTE: The Ohio Organizing Coalition was raided this week by Trump’s compromised FBI, who confiscated their computers and devices. It was purely a photo op, an intimidation attempt, and a bid to chill voter registration efforts. Field Team 6 stands united with Ohio Organizing Coalition. And we will never back down from registering voters throughout Ohio and the rest of the country. Bullies are cowards – we are not. Every lame excuse to stop us will only make us redouble our efforts. Onward!
