Here’s a new solution. The Democratic states, including California, New York, and Illinois, are the richest states with the most money and power. It’s time we started using it! The Democratic Governors Association should convene a private meeting, form a mutual aid compact – and move as a unified bloc to amplify our power. They can pool resources to sue the administration for every single crime they are committing. They can present a unified front in defense of our colleges, our law firms, our sanctuary cities, our right to due process, and so much more. They can do huge things together they could not do as well alone… like boycotting El Salvador until they stop imprisoning whoever Trump sends them. The US is the biggest exporter to El Salvador and the biggest importer from El Salvador. California alone imported $221 million worth of goods in 2023. Compare that to the measly $15 million Trump is paying Bukele to put hundreds of innocent people in a torture camp. This could change everything. If you live in a state with a Democratic governor, call them today and urge them to do this! Here’s another solution. Fascism will only truly be defeated by Democratic voters. Every day, Field Team 6 continues to register the voters who will get this done. So while we fight back in the streets, in the courts, and in the media… help us at Field Team 6 rally thousands of new donors and volunteers.
We are the only national organization registering Democrats in every single swing state and district in the country. Meaning if we don’t do it… it won’t get done.
But we need more donors and volunteers to fuel the work.
