Two nights ago in Tennessee, Indivisible organizer and House candidate Aftyn Behn showed us again what is possible: a tectonic 13 point shift to the left in the reddest of red districts.
This is not an outlier result. We have seen leftward shifts of 8-25 points in nearly every single race since November ‘24. We expected voter backlash to Trump’s hateful policies to be swift and deep. It has been swifter and deeper than our wildest predictions.
