Hell yes, Joe Biden!
President makes history (again).
"YOU DESERVE WHAT YOU'VE EARNED, AND YOU'VE EARNED A HELL OF A LOT MORE THAN YOU GET PAID NOW!"
Hell yes, Joe Biden!
That headline is a direct quote from our President, who made history this week when he became the first sitting U.S. President to join striking workers on a picket line. Biden stood with members of the UAW, bullhorn in hand, and shouted out his support to the auto workers. This was not lip service from a White House lectern; this was a robust show of solidarity from a President who believes in the power of working people to unionize and fight back against injustice to get the compensation they deserve.
The President is right, and we’ve seen proof that it works. Just this week, the Writers Guild of America reached a landmark agreement with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers. By remaining strong, committed, and united through their 148-day strike, the WGA made groundbreaking gains in fair compensation, protections against the use of AI, and a number of other pressing issues.
The writers’ wins never would have happened without the power of unionization. Only a union gives workers the power to fight the billionaire class and get the rights and compensation they deserve. It worked for the WGA; it worked for UPS workers who threatened to strike over the summer; it will work for the still-striking UAW and Screen Actors Guild; and it can work for those organizing within organizations like Amazon and Starbucks.
Democrats know and understand this. That’s why while Joe Biden is arguably the most pro-union President in our history, he is also only the latest in a long line of pro-union Democrats. Big-business Republicans, meanwhile, have been historically anti-union, and have long fought to take away workers’ rights to unionize.
Our next presidential election will be a battle between a sitting President who truly supports working people, and a lying blowhard who has done everything in his power to thwart workers. If we want to hold the White House in 2024, this is a message we need to shout out loud… as loud as Joe Biden with a bullhorn.

We did a poll for whether to keep the pink links or not and it was a tie! So we’re going to try to change the color and if it works great, and if it doesn’t it’s because we’ve decided to stick with pink!
